campaign launch
Ottawa drivers can soon get their hands on a device that may help them save a significant amount in gas money.
And just what is this revolutionary device? A simple – albeit digital – tire gauge.
The Glebe-based environmental action group One Change is hoping to hand out about 13,000 such gauges to encourage people to maintain correct air pressure in their car tires.

An exciting new pilot project designed to help Ottawa residents save fuel and money, protect the environment, and improve vehicle safety is launching at noon today, opening day of SuperEX at Lansdowne Park.

Not a single fuel-saving digital tire gauge was left by the time the One Change: Fuel team (pictured here) packed up to go home on August 20.
