You’re never too old to make a change. And, as Burlington, Ontario’s Kendall and Riley Mills (pictured here, left to right) recently proved, you’re never too young, either.
On September 15, Kendall brought her 14-month-old son Riley to the Burlington Mall Farmers’ Market to volunteer for One Change’s digital tire gauge blitz.
